This greatly streamlines inventory management, but there are still some quirks to the system that can be really hard to pick up on if you are new to the game, especially when it comes to the mysterious skill power number. This means that once an attachment is unlocked it is made available to any and all applicable weapons you have. Instead, you unlock them as part of a skill tree. One of the major differences between The Division 1 and 2 is that mods and attachments aren’t considered loot anymore.
